Foundation Yoga
Ideal for beginner students wishing to learn the foundations of yoga, while building strength and flexibility. Also great for intermediate students wanting to refine their practice, while gaining a greater understanding of their body through breath and movement meditation using gentle pose alignment to deepen their practice.

Yoga Flow
A Yoga class for all levels designed to explore the body through diverse transitions and variety of postures. This class will be both mentally and physically challenging. Flow Yoga is a mindful moving, heat-building practice that will help to detox, refresh the mind, increase vitality and flexibility.

Function Training
Attempt to adapt or develop exercises which allow individuals to perform everyday activities more easily without injury.

Fusion is Yoga poses and Pilates (focusing on deep core muscles) and fitness inspired moves. For an extra challenge the use of gliders, elastics and weights are also used.

Get Your Spin On
45 min of a variety of different bicycle drills combined with motiving music and an energized instructor.

A class developed to challenge and strengthen your core. Various exercises for your abs and lower back.

Hump Day Boot Camp
Do you need a mid-week energy boosting butt kicking? Then this is where you should be.

Rise & Sweat
Early morning-endorphins "Rise & Sweat". Early bird or not, there are other benefits of a morning workout. See you in class.

Power 30 & Power 45
Power 30 - Get your lunch break fix with this intense 30 minute class.
Power 45 - A great class that includes cardio, toning, strength, and plyometric base moves.

Booty Buns & Guns
Targeting the glutes and arms, an overall body workout, combining strength and cardio.

Warm Up for 3 – 5 minutes. Then 4 minute DRILLS of 20 seconds WORK, versus 10 seconds REST (A Combination of HIGH & LOW INTENSITY DRILLS) Then 3 – 5 minutes COOL DOWN/STRETCH

Muscle Sculpt
Fun, high energy class that uses a variety of equipment to achieve a fast and effective workout. Super set your way to a toned & trimmed body.

Party with this fusion of Latin & International music that creates a dynamic, exciting, & effective fitness / dance class.

HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training designed to fluctuate your heart rate for optimum fat burning

Step It Up
