Beginner Yoga
Improve your strength, flexibility, and muscle endurance through structured poses & control breathing. Relax your mind and body.

BLT (Butt, Legs & Thighs)
Total focus on the lower body using bands, dumbbells, balls, bar bells, and gliders.

Bosu Challenge
Balance Challenge! Strengthen the deep core muscles while balancing on this inflated rubber half ball attached to a rigid platform. Used for athletic drills. Fire up the body's stability muscles.

Butts 'N Guts
Want to firm it up? Get in here! Exercises for abs and gluteus maximus are the primary goal plus additional work for muscle groups connected to these areas. No warm-up included so be ready to work!

Fusion
Fusion is Yoga poses and Pilates (focusing on deep core muscles) and fitness inspired moves. For an extra challenge the use of gliders, elastics and weights are also used.

MetCon
Metabolic conditioning is a workout unlike any other; it’s not Interval training, nor boot camp. It is a sequence of exercises put together to get the maximum benefit of a full body workout and increase your metabolism.

Power 30
Sweat Sweat Sweat... Jump, Lift...Stop, Drop, and Roll...this class is on fire.

Rise & Sweat
Early morning-endorphins "Rise & Sweat". Early bird or not, there are other benefits of a morning workout. See you in class.

Six Pack Attack
Let’s face it - everyone wants great abs! Let us chisel your core! This is the class for you if you want to get rid of back fat, love handles and muffin tops!

Step It Up
Low to Med impact movements performed on and off of a step platform are geared at optimizing your ability to burn fat. Easy to follow routines. Can be enjoyed by any fitness level.

Tabata
Warm Up for 3 – 5 minutes. Then 4 minute drills of 20 seconds work, versus 10 seconds rest (A combination of high & low intensity drills) Then 3 – 5 minutes cool down/stretch.

Yoga

Cycle 'N Box
Cycle for 20 minutes of intense cardio drills combine this with Jabs, kicks and punching for another 20 minutes.

Cycle Express 30/45
Jump on one of our bikes and start peddling! These classes provide an intense cardio workout while still catering to participants of all fitness levels. Our certified instructors will lead you through a challenging series of courses to maximize your caloric burn. The best part is that you control your own resistance and speed allowing you to continuously progress forward from your current fitness levels.

Power 75
Power UP with Deb. Start your weekend with a full body 75 min explosion of gliders, bars, TRX®, balls...

TRX® 30
Suspension training is the original, best-in-class workout that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. Great for all levels.

TRX® Chisel
Use weights, calisthenics and the TRX® to sculpt and shape muscles.
