Class Descriptions

A high-energy, cardio-charged resistance workout using a variety of fitness equipment to challenge your core and all your major muscles.
Focus on your endurance and strength. Boot Camp will put you through a high-intensity interval workout, combining functional fitness, cardiovascular and compound exercises.
A combo of hamstring and glute exercises to sculpt your booty combined with bicep, tricep and shoulder centric exercises to give your arms and legs a killer workout.
High Intensity Interval Training sessions are commonly called HIIT workouts. This type of training involves repeated bouts of high intensity effort followed by varied recovery times.
This is a fun and highly energetic class that uses a variety of equipment. Steps, Weights, Kettlebells and much more, to achieve a fast and effective muscle-sculpting workout.
For 45 minutes, we’re going to turn down the lights and get lost in the ride.
All the intensity of the Boot Camp shortened to a tight 45-minute or 30-minute workout.
A gentle approach to Yoga, to help support muscle recovery and mobility. Gentle postures supported by props to achieve a deeper stretch, increase mobility and reduce muscle stiffness.
A class to help encourage students to slow down, relax and take time for themselves. The practice includes emphasis on breath work and meditation, while using a gentle warm up and flowing movement to help warm the body. We'll focus on relaxation and flexibility, allowing the body to release deeper into postures and poses.
High energy spin intervals in combination with the instructor’s choice of core/abs/weights.
We're turning up the intensity for 30 minutes.
High energy spin intervals in combination with the instructor’s choice of resistance training.
After a quick warm up, its 4-minute DRILLS of 20 seconds WORK, versus 10 seconds rest (A Combination of high & low intensity drills) ended off with 5 minutes COOL DOWN/STRETCH.
Traditional TRX Suspension Training plus the added challenge of cardio and weights for a full body workout.
This intense class uses Steps, Dumbbells, Barbells, Kettlebells and much more, to achieve a fast and effective muscle-sculpting Upper Body workout.
Wild Card is your instructor’s choice! Your workout could be anything from Circuits to Power, Metcon to TRX. Each class will be different in every way.
A slower practice where poses are passively held for longer, working on the deep, dense (Yin) connective tissues and joints in the body.
A mix of Yoga styles and Pilates to give you a full body stretch.

Testimonials

Cleanest gym in town, staff are super friendly and the members are absolutely fantastic. Family like feel forsure, not cliquey like other gyms tend to be. Lots of equipment with a wide variety, which is the way i like it!

- Debra

Perfect gym to visit when you have a stop over in Saskatoon. The staff and clients are all very pleasant, and the equipment is quite good. And the place is very clean, and a fair price. I was very pleased.
