Is there a day pass?

Yes, Daily Drop-In is $12. We’re always staffed during regular hours of operation, so Drop-In any time. We also have a 10-Day Drop-In Card for $80.

Is there a free trial period?

No, we don’t have Free Trials to use the gym. We do have $12/Day Drop-Ins which we will credit towards your sign-up if you decide to start a membership.

Can someone show me some equipment if I’ve never been to a gym before?

Yes, a free Introductory Personal Training session is an option with any new membership.

Are there Term Membership Options?

Yes, we offer terms from One Month up to One Year. Talk to any of our Staff about pricing.

Is there a Sign-up fee?

Yes, the Sign-up fee is $30, after which there is No Contract and there are No Annual Fees.

Can I get a receipt for my membership?

You can request you receipt online any time by clicking here.

Is Childcare available?

Yes, you can add childcare to your membership or on a drop-in basis. Find more information here.

How do I cancel my membership?

We require 30-Days Notice to cancel a biweekly membership.
You can give your notice online by simply sending us a message here
You can also give your notice in person Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm.

There will be 2 payments in the final month, and you will still have full access to the gym until the membership is over.
